Partners In Swine Barbeque prepares all types of meats and side dishes for you and your guests. We cook and prepare everything on site which ensures you to receive only the freshest and hottest food that can be provided. We can serve very casual meals such straight barbeque chicken or pork, or a little something special if necessary. We suggest a slowly smoked, stuffed pork loin with ‘tater casserole which can be accompanied with a wide variety of other meats and side dishes.
Partners in Swine is dedicated to keeping the tradition of slow smoked meats alive and well. We use only the freshest cuts of meats for your event. We slow smoke using a variety of hardwoods such as hickory, pecan and mesquite, and fruit woods such as cherry, apple and pear to give it that moist, tender flavor. Our special blend of spices and rubs are meant to compliment every aspect of the meal, not just the meat. We make our own sauce which has been deemed a “hybrid” sauce, because it takes the best of several regional sauces from all over the country, making for one mighty fine sauce that goes great on everything. But, Warren and I will be the first to tell you, our meats do not rely on sauce to make them taste great. Rather, we let you make your own sauce decision....
